Adaptra participates at the IQPC Claims Processing Conference - June 2011
Adaptra was invited to be a sponsor at the IQPC Claims Processing Conference 2011 held 7 - 8 June at the Citigate Central Hotel.
The conference covered how to create efficient work processes, combat fraudulent claims and enhance customer service and over two days provided a fantastic array of guest speakers, covering a wide spectrum of industry rich topics.
Adrian Lewis our BPM Lead Practice Manager, was invited to speak and presented Key Lessons learned from Process Transformations
This session covered some key lessons learnt when delivering improvements &/or transformations to business process. In particular Adrian focused on claims processing transformations and highlighted the areas needing attention. Real life examples were given on some of the major pitfalls encountered and how to avoid them in order to successfully deliver on your vision.

Adaptra Hosts its first Executive Breakfast for the year - February 2011
Adaptra hosted its first Executive Breakfast for the year at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel on 25 February 2011. The breakfast focused on the topic: "Does the popularity of cloud computing, (including Software as a Service) significantly change the nature of the "Best of Breed versus Fully Integrated Applications" debate?
