Ryan O'Neill, Group Account Manager
Ryan joined the Delivery Team at Adaptra as a Resource Manager, and spent 18 months building and developing the Resource Function. His expertise is now focused on his role as Group Account Manager, a role which enables Ryan to continue to utilise his skills as he works closely with the Solutions Team. Bringing over 10 years experience in recruiting senior delivery teams for project assignments, Ryan understands the importance of assigning the right consultant for the right environment.
Ryan has spent the past 4 years, working in Executive Search and Selection across the Banking and Finance, IT sector.

Mandy Harris, Resourcing Manager
With more than 12 years Human Resources Management experience within the IT industry, Mandy brings significant experience to the Resource Management function at Adaptra. Working with both the Account Management team and the Project Services Manager, as Resourcing Manager Mandy ensures that our business has a robust team of suitably skilled and experienced professionals available to fulfil client engagements, and that our consultants enjoy assignment to interesting, challenging projects that provide them with the opportunity to expand and develop their expertise.
