Peter Overton, Director
As the Director of Adaptra, Peter Overton has been involved across all of Adaptra's key deliverables over the last 10 years. He remains as passionate about project delivery today as when first starting his career over 20 years ago. Together with managing the direction of Adaptra, Peter is still utilised on major project assignments. As a trusted advisor, he is able to mentor both technology executives around delivery and operations and non technology executives in delivery and technology. With 'experienced based' understanding he brings a clear direction to an unclear situation.
Peter has lead and delivered major assignment for Suncorp, CBA, Allianz, IAG and Optus.
Prior to establishing the Adaptra business, Peter held the positions of General Manager IT for Continuum and CIO at Occidental.

David Phillips, CEO
With over 25 years of experience in managing successful IT sales and services organisations across the Asia Pacific region, David Phillips brings Adaptra clients a wealth of strategic planning capability, and a consistent track record of successful business program execution.
As CEO of Adaptra, David continues to demonstrate his strategic leadership abilities, taking companies through organisational transformations resulting in improved business processes and profitability. David delivers value through solving customer problems. With his experience in executive stakeholder management, change management, and expertise in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships, David is always focused on the needs of his clients, providing them with effective tailored solutions.
Prior to Adaptra, David held long standing executive roles at Canon, Crest, CSSL (Indonesia and Hong Kong) and IBM.

Laurie Mastro, General Manager - Resource & Delivery
With a commitment to delivering significant measurable value for each and every client, Laurie leads Adaptra's resource and delivery practice, having spent over ten years at Adaptra most recently as General Manager - Service Delivery. Laurie's ability to clearly advise clients on how to effectively deliver their strategies is based on years of experience executing complex project solutions. He has been engaged on numerous occasions to rescue underachieving projects. Laurie has specialist expertise in information technology project management, system development and implementation. His leadership and guidance is valued by all those he works with.

Gavin Solomon, General Manager - Canberra, Nova IT & Adaptra
Gavin Solomon joined Nova IT and Adaptra in January 2008 to manage the Canberra office and is responsible for leading the company's strategic direction in the ACT. Throughout his 20-year career, Gavin has honed his strong business management and development skills and has the ability to develop strategic business initiatives that mitigate risk and increase profitability. He has held a variety of managerial roles in organisations such as the NSW Department of Health and Commander/Volante.
In January 2002, Gavin started his own company, GSC Global - an IT search organisation specialising in the identification and engagement of Senior IT Management, IT technical and IT Non Technical professionals - which he subsequently sold in May 2003.

Ian Gibson, General Manager - Consulting and Application Services
Ian Gibson joined Adaptra in January 2010 as GM of Consulting and Application Services, to further the development of both Adaptra's Consultancy business and the Application Services team.
Ian's breadth of knowledge incorporates both business and IT perspectives and is gained through hands-on consulting engagements and corporate appointments. His host of skills and expertise both in technology and in business help to drive Adaptra's consultancy capability.
Ian previously consulted to the National Australia Bank's Technology Operations division, headed up the NAB's Business Solutions Management team as a senior IT executive, was contracted to CSA Retirement Services and held the position of CIO for Link Market Services.
Ian is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Australian Computer Society. He holds a Computer Science & Mathematics degree from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
