Dennis has over 15 years experience in a range of dynamic corporate environments. He has managed both business and technology projects and also has extensive exposure to the development and execution of strategic and business plans. He has strong coaching and mentoring skills and complements his consulting and project management experience with both operational and people management roles.
Dennis is a results oriented professional with an excellent ability to think laterally. Johan Nelis, Senior Consultant - Business Process Management (BPM) Services
A member of the Adaptra team for over 5 years, Johan has raised the bar across the BPM service offering. With in excess of 15 years international experience in improving processes and building process management capability across both blue chip organisations through to medium size enterprises. By aligning the processes with the client strategy, analysing critical bottlenecks, rationalising activities and improving management information, he has enabled companies to ensure that "the right things are done the right way".
Johan has been involved in leading successful assignments for clients including CBA, Pfizer, Asteron, IAG, CommInsure, QBE and Vero.
Prior to Adaptra, Johan acted as a senior consultant at Cap Gemini and as a Program Coordinator for the United Nations.
