Nigel Foote, Project Services Manager
With an innate ability to take the reins at any stage of a project, Nigel Foote draws upon his 15 years of experience in the field to successfully complete projects - on time and on budget. As Project Services Manager, Nigel makes use of his expertise honed through his time as Senior Consultant - Project Management Services at Adaptra. Nigel has established a reputation for his leadership and mentoring skills and his excellent implementation of strategic business driven projects, mitigate risk and deliver value to all stakeholders.
During his 5 years at Adaptra, Nigel has been instrumental in successful delivery of many PMO, Project and Change Management solutions for organisations such as IAG, Pfizer, CBA and Tower.

Dennis Cavestany, Consultant - Project Management Services
Dennis has over 15 years experience in a range of dynamic corporate environments. He has managed both business and technology projects and also has extensive exposure to the development and execution of strategic and business plans. He has strong coaching and mentoring skills and complements his consulting and project management experience with both operational and people management roles.
Dennis is a results oriented professional with an excellent ability to think laterally. His previous consulting roles include the following areas: project management, test management, packaged implementations, full systems development lifecycle and the application of methodologies, project and program office setup and execution, process re-engineering and business analysis.
Dennis has an excellent contextual understanding of financial organisations. In addition to his project experience, he has excellent modelling and financial analysis skills in the areas of insurance, business finance, projects, and financial and operational management.

Steve Rapley, Senior Consultant - Application and IT Services
With 24 years of industry experience, Steve Rapley specialises in the management of Systems Driven Business Change in large complex IT environments. His vast experience across a wide range of sectors and deployment environments has instilled Steve with the aptitude to gain a complete understanding of the impacts of change within any one business and to plan and execute accordingly. Taking all measures to enhance and manage a collaborative working environment, Steve commands an adherence to best practice and end to end solution delivery.

Hernán Voto, Functional Consultant - Application and IT Services
Hernán brings with him over 10 years in the It Industry and specializes in Guidewire, JEE, Scrum, large scale software development, requirement gathering and analysis.
Hernán joined Adaptra in September 2010 specialising in Guidewire and Scrum Master and consults with our major insurance clients, implementing solutions for the insurance industry. He is currently working on an innovative new project; to create a localised, Australian version of Guidewire's Policy Centre v 4.0 - Functional Localisation.
Hernán has previously acted as a Senior Analyst Programmer and BA Consultant at DET, Deloitte and MasterCard. He is originally from Argentina - Buenos Aires and has been living in Australia for the past 5 years.
