Adrian Lewis, BPM Practice Manager, Adaptra
As BPM Practice Manager at Adaptra, Adrian's focus is on the development of integrated solutions and improvements within the insurance sector.
Adrian has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry particularly in Personal Insurance and Workers Compensation. He has extensive re-engineering and process improvement experience across Claims and Policy both within corporate and consulting environments.
His most recent role as NSW State Manager for CGU saw him responsible for the reengineering of the NSW Workers Compensation Insurance Business Unit. Adrian has also worked with other major insurers including Allianz and MMI Ltd.

Kate Rapsey, Senior Consultant
Kate has over fifteen years experience in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business processes and systems. She specialises in process driven business change and has experience across a variety of industries.
She is adept in analysis and documentation of business process and user requirements, and has excellent experience in design and implementation of process improvements in large scale business transformation programs. Kate is skilled in facilitating requirements gathering workshops and also in the use of the UML, use case documentation and Agile methodologies.
Prior to joining the Adaptra team, Kate provided business and process analysis services for Allianz, QBE, the Attorney Generals Department and Invivo.
