Steve Rapley, Senior Consultant - Application and IT Services
With 24 years of industry experience, Steve Rapley specialises in the management of Systems Driven Business Change in large complex IT environments. His vast experience across a wide range of sectors and deployment environments has instilled Steve with the aptitude to gain a complete understanding of the impacts of change within any one business and to plan and execute accordingly. Taking all measures to enhance and manage a collaborative working environment, Steve commands an adherence to best practice and end to end solution delivery.
While at Adaptra, client such as Suncorp, Standards Australia and AMP have benefitted from Steve's expertise.
Before joining the Adaptra team, Steve has provided critical program and implementation management and consulting guidance for organisations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, SingTel Optus, Compaq, Computations Group and CBA.

Sam Webster, Implementation Consultant - Application and IT Services
With both an extensive knowledge of the Insurance industry, and a strong technical background, including the Guidewire suite of products, Sam Webster brings 15 years of Insurance Software implementations to his role as an Implementation Architect at Adaptra. Sam has played a leadership role in the design and implementation of some of the largest Policy and Claim system projects in the Asia Pacific region in recent years.
During his 3 years with Adaptra he has been instrumental in the successful delivery of projects for organisations such as the EQC New Zealand, Zurich Japan, Tokio Marine, Suncorp, and QBE Insurance.
Prior to Adaptra Sam was involved in insurance policy system implementations at Insurance Australia Group, Auto Club of Southern California and Norwich Union PLC.

Jaques Hayter, Senior Consultant - Application and IT Services
Jacques has more than 10 years of experience, working as part of project teams to successfully deliver large projects and as a consultant, solving critical technical problems. He has in depth technical knowledge of J2EE web based architectures and applications but also has the ability to communicate on a business level. Jacques is a certified Scrum Master and also has a number of technical certifications including Sun Certified Java Programmer and IBM Certified WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Solution Developer.
During his 3 years at Adaptra, Jacques has been fulltime on a GuideWire ClaimCenter and ContactCenter implementation project with all phases developed and deployed successfully.
Prior to Adaptra, Jacques was involved with many development projects and consulting roles with IBM Australia, Candle Corporation and Sapient Corporation.

Sonny Gill, Consultant - Application and IT Services
Sonny Gill joined Adaptra in 2011 as a member of the Guidewire Consulting Team. He holds a Masters Degree in both IT (Web Engineering and Design) and Business (ERP), from the University of Western Sydney.
Sonny has previously worked for Polaris Software where he handled various tasks including software development and onsite production support. He is an analytical and enthusiastic professional, possessing good grasping power and keen learning ability.
Sonny is currently working on developing GFIT environment for Guidewire PolicyCenter whilst concurrently training on PolicyCenter Configuration.
